Taxes included, no surprise charges
Holiday special. Lock in $49 now and save $1,080 over your term.
Fifteen minutes on the phone. We will have looked at your current site before we call.
You have probably already looked at two of them. Here is what each one really costs, in money and in everything else.
Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy
$49 a month, no setup fee
Whoever comes back lowest
Ask whoever quotes you the following four questions, because how they answer tells you more than the price does.
No setup fee, and no surprise invoice in month three. One number, and it does not move for the full term.
Home, About, Services, Contact, and one more of your choosing. Most pick Gallery, Reviews or Service Areas.
If you have one it stays exactly where it is and we point it at the new site. If you do not, we buy it, pay for it every year, and register it in your name.
Our own servers, SSL certificate, off-site backups and uptime monitoring. You never deal with a host.
Most people find a local business on a phone. Yours loads fast on one, and tapping your number dials you. No pinching, no typing.
Titles, descriptions, headings, schema markup, your Google Business Profile connected and a sitemap submitted.
Services, service areas, hours and contact details marked up so ChatGPT and Google can actually pull them.
On the first design, before it goes live. Nothing is published until you are happy with it.
15 minutes every month. New prices, a new photo, changed hours, a new review. Text us and it is done.
Sign during the holiday special and you keep that figure for the full 36 months. The regular price is $79 from January, and you do not move up to it when your term ends.
Seven business days from the point we have your bits. Not seven weeks.
Fifteen minutes. What you do, where you work, who you want ringing you.
You pay your first month and the build starts. Send us your logo, a few photos, your services and your hours, and the seven days begin.
You see it before anyone else, and you get three rounds of changes.
On your own domain. No launch fee and no final invoice, your monthly simply carries on.
Every one custom designed and custom built, no template dragged into shape. All three are live right now, so open them and have a proper look.
A website's job is to make the phone ring. These two make sure nothing that rings gets lost.
Every enquiry from your site lands in one list you open on your phone. Their name, their number, what they asked for, and the number as a button you tap to ring them straight back. Mark them called, book a follow up, leave yourself a note.
It is the same system we run our own calling on. It comes with every plan and costs nothing extra.
Somebody picks up when you cannot. Evenings, weekends, or when you are under a sink at four on a Friday. It answers in your business's name, takes the job and the address, answers the ordinary questions, offers a callback time, and messages you the second the call ends.
The caller gets a conversation instead of a voicemail beep. You get the details before you have wiped your hands.
$39 a month covers the setup and the connection to your leads list. The call time itself is billed separately at 15 cents a minute, usually $6 to $13 a month.
Your plan is complete without either of these. After Hours is off unless you ask for it, and you can turn it off again with the same notice as the rest.
We would rather you knew now than found out in month four.
You own your domain name outright, registered in your name from day one, and nobody can hold it over you. The site itself is ours until your 36 months are done, and then it is yours. If you want it sooner, you can pay off the rest of your term at any point and we hand over the files.
Yes. $1,699 US, or CA$2,399 plus tax, paid once and it is yours. Same five pages, same seven days, same three rounds of changes. Hosting and the domain are included for the first year. After that, hosting with us is $25 US, or CA$35 plus tax, a month, or you take the files and host them anywhere you like, and the domain renewal is yours. Monthly changes are not part of that option; anything after handover is quoted at $150 an hour.
Because there is no setup fee. An agency would ask you for two to six thousand dollars before starting; we ask for your first month. We carry the build cost instead, and the term is how we do it. Once the three years are done, the site is yours.
The site is yours, and the subscription carries on month to month at the price you signed at, rather than moving up to the regular price. We give your site a tune-up: we go through every page with you and bring it up to date, with up to two hours of our time included, and we do it again every three years you stay. Your 15 minutes a month and everything else carry on. You can stop any time with 30 days notice and take the files with you, and if the price ever changes after the three years, you get 60 days notice and can cancel before it does.
You can. There is a minimum of $1,000 US, or CA$1,400 plus tax, which is under two years of monthly payments, and everything you have paid counts toward it. Give 30 days notice; if your payments come to less than the minimum you pay the difference, and if they already come to that there is nothing more to pay. It only applies once you have approved your homepage design. When you go, the site comes down and your domain transfers to you free.
You see it before it goes live and you get three rounds of changes. Nothing is published until you say so.
Two questions answer that. When was it built, and can you change it yourself? If it was built before phones were the main way people search, or if changing a price means emailing somebody who may not reply, it is worth a look.
Yes, and it is the part we are most careful about. If you already have email working, wherever it is, it stays exactly where it is and we do not touch it. If you need addresses on a new domain, we set up forwarding so mail to you@yourbusiness.com lands in the inbox you already use. If you want full Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes, we will set those up for you and quote that separately.
Every page of your old site gets pointed at its match on the new one, so the links and search results you already have keep working instead of landing on an error. What nobody can honestly promise you is a position in Google, and we would be careful with anyone who does.
Yes. You tell us what you do and where you work, and we write the pages. You can change any of it during the three rounds.
We try again, we email and we call. If it stays unpaid after fourteen days the site is switched off until it is sorted, then goes back up within one business day of payment, with nothing lost. The monthly payments still fall due while it is off.
In the United States, no. The figure you see is the figure you pay. In Canada, GST or HST is added at the rate for your province, so the monthly is CA$67 plus that tax.
Everything that keeps your site running after launch, and it is part of the monthly, not an extra: hosting on our own servers with the SSL certificate, off-site backups and uptime monitoring, software and security updates, your domain kept pointed at the site (and renewed every year if we bought it for you), 15 minutes a month for changes and support, and your leads list. Fixing anything that breaks on our side is on us and never comes out of your 15 minutes.
Not unless you ask for it. There is one paid extra on this page, After Hours, which answers your phone when you cannot. It is $39 a month for the setup and the connection, plus the call time at 15 cents a minute, which for most trades runs $6 to $13. It is off by default and turning it on is a conversation you start, not something we switch on for you. Everything else listed on this page is in the monthly.
We look at what you have now, show you what yours would look like, and you decide. Nothing to pay either way.
