Most of our clients come to us after trying one of the first two options.
Client Feedback
A few words from local businesses we have worked with.
"They delivered a professional site in under a week. Our phone started ringing the same day we went live. Could not be happier with the result."
"We have been in business since 1978 and never had a website this good. Fast, clean, and our customers love it. Worth every penny."
"I expected a long back-and-forth process. Instead, they asked the right questions, sent a preview in days, and nailed it on the first round. Seamless."
"Our old site was embarrassing. Now customers actually compliment it. The whole thing was done before we even had time to worry about it."
Built by West Coast Media Solutions Inc., a digital agency based in British Columbia, Canada with over 25 years in the industry. We work directly with you. No outsourcing, no middlemen, no runaround.

Common Questions

Big agencies have offices, account managers, sales teams, and layers of overhead that get passed on to you. We are a lean, focused team that specializes in clean, custom websites for local businesses. You get the same quality of work without paying for the overhead. Same result, fraction of the cost.
You get up to 3 rounds of revisions included in the price. We send you a preview link before anything goes live and refine the layout, colors, fonts, and content based on your feedback. We do not launch until you say go.
If you have content and photos, great. If not, we can work with what you have and help fill in the gaps. We will write professional copy for your site and source high-quality stock images if needed.
Your $1,995 covers the custom build, launch, and 30 days of free support and hosting. After that you can keep everything running with our optional Care Plan ($79/month, or $299/month if you add CRM), or host it anywhere you like since you own the site 100%. Domain registration is separate, typically $10 to 15 per year, and we can set it up for you.
Your website is built with clean, well-organized code that any web developer can update. For simple text or image changes, we offer affordable maintenance packages. You own the code 100% and can take it to any hosting provider.
Most projects are completed within 7 business days from the time we receive your content and deposit. Complex projects with additional sections or custom features may take 10-14 days.
Your website is a single-page scrollable design with all key sections (About, Services, Reviews, Contact) built in. If your business needs additional sections or overlay pages for specific services, those can be added for $250 each.
Yes. After your 30 days of free support, our optional Care Plan keeps everything handled. For $79/month it covers hosting, SEO upkeep, and 15 minutes of development work each month. If you add the CRM integration, the plan is $299/month and includes CRM management plus a full hour of development each month. It is optional, you can start it at checkout or add it later, and you can cancel anytime.
An optional $3,000 add-on that connects your website to a customer relationship system, so every call, form, and quote request is captured, tracked, and followed up automatically. Most growing businesses add it to stop leads slipping through the cracks. It pairs with the $299/month Care Plan, which includes ongoing CRM management.
Answer a few quick questions and you will either book your build on the spot or grab a quick call. Under a minute, no obligation.

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to work more efficiently, and to provide reporting information. Cookies set by the website owner are called first-party cookies, while cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called third-party cookies.
We use cookies to ensure the Site functions correctly, to remember your preferences, to understand how visitors interact with our content, and to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns. Some cookies are essential, while others help us improve your experience and the relevance of what we show you.
These cookies are necessary for the Site to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as submitting a form or navigating the Site. Without these cookies, certain services you request cannot be provided.
These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of the Site. They help us understand which pages are the most and least popular and how visitors move around the Site. The information collected is aggregated and used to improve how the Site works.
These cookies enable the Site to provide enhanced functionality and personalization. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have added to our pages. If you do not allow these cookies, some or all of these features may not function properly.

West Coast Media Solutions Inc. is committed to ensuring that websitesbywcms.com is accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves an inclusive and barrier-free online experience, and we continually work to improve the accessibility and usability of our Site.
We strive to ensure that our Site is usable and accessible to people of all abilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we are dedicated to making continual improvements as standards evolve and as we receive feedback from our visitors.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These internationally recognized guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
To support accessibility, we consider accessibility throughout our design and development process. This includes using semantic markup, providing sufficient color contrast, ensuring interactive elements are reachable, and testing our work across different devices and screen sizes.
We aim to ensure that the core functionality of the Site can be accessed using a keyboard alone, without requiring a mouse. Interactive elements such as links, buttons, and form fields are designed to be reachable and operable through keyboard input.
We design our pages with readability in mind, using color combinations intended to provide adequate contrast between text and background. We also use legible font sizes and clear layouts to support visitors with low vision or reading difficulties.
Where we use meaningful images, we aim to provide descriptive text alternatives so that the content can be understood by people using assistive technologies such as screen readers. Decorative images are marked so that assistive technologies can skip over them.
We aim for our Site to be compatible with current versions of popular web browsers and commonly used assistive technologies. Because of the wide range of technologies available, some features may work better with certain combinations than others.
Accessibility is not a one-time project but an ongoing commitment. We regularly review our Site and make adjustments to improve accessibility. As we add new content and features, we work to ensure they meet our accessibility goals.
Despite our best efforts, some parts of the Site may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware that accessibility is an evolving practice, and we are actively working to identify and resolve any barriers that visitors may encounter.
Some content or functionality on the Site may be provided by third parties. While we encourage our partners to follow accessibility best practices, we may not have full control over the accessibility of third-party content.
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our Site. If you encounter any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please let us know. If you need assistance accessing any part of the Site or our services, we are happy to help and will make reasonable efforts to provide the information you need in an accessible format.
To report an accessibility issue or request assistance, please reach out through our Contact section or email [email protected].

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final website and its code. Until full payment is received, all work product remains our property. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
Your purchase includes 30 days of support and hosting, with an SSL certificate, after your website launches. After that period you may keep your site hosted and maintained through our optional Care Plan ($79 per month, or $299 per month if you add the CRM integration), or host the website elsewhere since you own the final code. Domain registration is billed separately. You are responsible for maintaining active hosting and domain services to keep your website online.
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the Site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services if you breach these Terms. You may discontinue use of the Site at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
